This is something I’ve wanted to do for a long time. Now that the Personal Journal app is out, I think it is the right time. Many of you have been asking me about gratitude prompts and positive affirmations. You are seeking ways to expand your gratitude practice. So I have decided to start a Personal Journal Library. A bunch of free resources to continue to practice and spread positivity. The first resource is a list of daily gratitude prompts questions for the month of August.
How it works
If you’re using the Personal Journal app, those questions will help you answer the first entry of your day: “I am grateful for…“. Follow the daily questions and list three things/people you are grateful for.
Alternatively, you can print the PDF and write down on the paper itself.
Whatever way, I hope you’ll find this practice heart- and eye-opening. Writing for a whole month might be challenging. So take it one week at a time. One sheet of paper at a time.
